Midterms is coming this week and I have to at least make an effort of getting high scores. :(
My classmate lent me a copy of HP7. Since I haven't read the entire series, being the last book as my first (haha I suck), I expected I won't understand a lot of things. I have only watched the movies, and even then I still don't understand all of it. But I read it, anyway.

No classes today and tomorrow! Which is cool since I have escaped again the clutches of PE and reporting in Ethics. lol

No classes tomorrow! YAY
So this morning my class attended a seminar about assertiveness. I failed to listen, and just doodled until it was finished. And then I searched for my teacher to take a special exam. Of course I didn't study, lol, but what the hell. My classmates and I - we were four - waited, until in the end we weren't going to take it after all. D: Then we have a surprise quiz on CFE, and my seatmate and I recalled the lecture we wrote. The first question was what our religion is. And the next... was to pass our papers. My class threw a fit lol, and my teacher was amused.
And YAY no classes tomorrow! Something about SK or something...

I am a part of the school newspaper. I am a reporter, a comic artist, and possibly the layout artist. So I need to have Adobe InDesign or PageMaker. And learn it. So any tips and resources?

Another new layout, this time edited from a layout on ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small}
cartonage. Because I don't tinker with CSS much (but it's really just because I'm lazy ]=), it turned out... uh.
Anyway, I just want to use a personalised header, is all.
Maybe someday, I'll be able to design a layout all by myself...

Haha, my shoulders and arms are dead from PE, which is bodybuilding XD I never went to a weights gym before so I'm a n00b, but it's fun anyway. lol

Whilst I was looking for our book in Ethics in National Bookstore, I found a book with the name of the author as Bob Ong. Yay a new work from Bob Ong! I bought it of course.
It's Macarthur. It's a short novel (whatever you call it), and it's serious, unlike his past works. I'm not really good at book reviewing or anything of the sort but all I can say is the book tackles about the people living in a hard life, poverty, the real world - that not everyone gets a happy ending and all. It's tragic in the end, but the epilogue symbolises a new hope (lol Star Wars *gets shot*). But then again, that's my interpretation, and I'm not good at interpreting. D:
Anyway, if my Filipino teacher gives us a book review task, I'll choose this book. (and no, it's not because the only filipino books I read are Bob Ong's XD well, yeah.....)

I seem to change my layout often. I am indecisive about what my journal should look like. One day I will design my own layout. But I am lazy. Until that one day comes, this will suffice for now.

So my mother and I were listening to the news on the radio, and then she wrote something. She asked me if I could imitate her penmanship. I said I was practising in cursive some days ago, since I'm more comfortable in print letters (my mother writes in cursive). I took the paper and copied what she wrote, then gave it back to her. She looked at it and snickered. She said my writing is ugly. I took it again and stared at my writing. It is ugly. D:
Well, it's not my fault that I'm already used to write in print.
My penmanship is inconsistent. That's why my signatures never match. I was once questioned by a bank employee about my signature, because my three attempts at it didn't actually look the same. LOL
I need a new signature.

Made three fanart-bookmarks that I will use on the books for school. I just don't know when class will start; I was informed it's on 13, but my classmate said it's on 12. Can't they just make up their mind? D:
My schedule is better now than before. At least, we don't have to cross the street just to get to the next room. It sucks to have a school with an annex on the other side of the street.
And now I have a math subject. Oh jeez, I never was good with math. Numbers just make my brain explode. D: I'll still try, though.
....I'll stop before I rant on my subjects LOL
